      Entretien

The whole process is super long. I applied September 2018 I received my CJO Feb 2019.. At the BR keep in mind that you are being observed from the moment that you walk in to the moment that you leave. If you are a friendly person, in which we hope that you are, this day you will be even more friendlier. Also keep in mind it will be a long day. Keep your smiles up and your phones away, even when they send you to take a small break. Use that time to mingle trust me. Greet with a handshake or hug to the people who are there also congratulate them for making it this far with you. But YOU keep in mind this is solely still a competition.. With doing what you are doing to shine and leave them with a memorable image of you. DO not get too comfortable...THIS IS STILL AN INTERVIEW SO CONTINUE TO BE AND ACT PERFESSIONAL. ... You will watch and go over a lot of slides indicating the work loads and what it entails, Take notes look interested , nod your head, act surprised, act WOW!!. If you know what I mean. Also in this part the recruiter will ask questions, they want to interact with you, So make sure you do your research, JB goals, JB planes, JB awards, JB bases, JB ect.. anything that contains JB make sure that you know something. They want to hear your impute so raise your hands answers some questions and also ask question, while taking notes.. They are watching, yes there will be like 60 of you guys there but trust me they are watching and taking notes on your tally sheet. SMILE.. SMILE.. SMILE..... Can not stress that enough. After the slides you will for those who haven't yet done finger prints, maybe a small break, take dry snacks...Tylenol for headaches... because it is a long DAY... After that you will do your reach test, PA announcements.... Please keep in mind for the ladies.. you will be standing for a very long time so wear comfortable heels that you can stand on all day.. Now in this section of the interview process is the right time to continue to mingle. You will have enough time to practically meet and greet everyone... There are other inflights that you can also talk to and be interactive and you can also asked them any question that you like..... You will all then be split up in groups of 5 or 6 and do a group activity...... after that... you will have to wait until everyone else is finished so that you all could move to the next segment together. More time to mingle... Mingle Mingle Mingle .. Smile smile smile... This will get you to the next step..... After all of that is done. Now is you time to sell your self and let JB know why you want to work as a FA for this company. Inflight will interview you...... 3 questions know your STAR methods and all your situational possible questions, I am sure you have heard and seen them before. Make sure you have more than one scenarios already ....... Then once you are done with them. You get to sit with the recruiters. Be super friendly, even though they will be looking down make sure that you look up, look at them in the eyes... They will ask you questions, And really just be yourself, genuine self. And talk but make SURE that you have done your research..... at the end make sure you at least ask the recruiter a question or two

The interview process was virtual with several questions and assessments. Overall good experience and about 20 minutes. Just take your time in answering the questions as best as you can and be yourself.

All good . Great experience . Been with JetBlue for three years . I was nervous going into the interview but they had a way of making me feel comfortable enough to give off my best. It lasts the whole day so it can be draining.

      Entretien

I applied online October 1st, 2025 at about 10:30am EST and was sent the video interview and assessment with games on October 9. I was working a lot so I had to wait to do a bit of research and complete it. I submitted my VI on Oct 14 (one day before it expired) and received my TBNT inside my B6 profile on the 15th. I know I didn't look into the camera enough, smile enough. Also the assessment was afterwards and it was a series of pictures that were in sets of 2. You choose which one is closest to your personality. I know you're supposed to be yourself in these things and I started answering what I thought hey wanted instead, which is where I went wrong. I'm a very creative person with a degree in art, yet when it came to questions like that, I chose the opposite, thinking they didn't want this. Later, I realized they do want creativity. But I cannot stress enough how you need to be yourself in these things assessment. Answer from the heart about how you really are. No wonder I got the dreaded TBNT! I don't blame them. I wish I could redo it, but my interview skills are way out of practice having worked for the same airline for years now. After the assessment, there were 3 games where you had to repeat a series of letters/numbers. Sounds easy, but I promise you it was much harder than you'd think. And also choose the shapes that were the same in a group.
