Virtual interview where you use a link that takes you to a screen that prompts 7 questions and you record yourself answering them. You get 1 chance to re-record your answer if you're not happy with the first answer. Then you play two games: A memorization game and another matching game. The whole thing took about 15 minutes.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

1.) Give an example of a time where you were under a lot of stress and pressure at work. What was the situation, what actions did you take, and what was the outcome? 2.) When was a time you helped someone who was going through a difficulty and you handled it with compassion and empathy? 3.) What has been your greatest achievement at work? 4.) Has there ever been a time where you couldn't deliver on a promise at work? How did you resolve it? 5.) Describe a situation where you caught a coworker doing something dishonest, illegal, or against company policy. What did you do in this situation?

The process has been submitting my resume, answering a questionnaire and video interview. Be careful on the video interview that you don’t have any interruptions and dress as if you’re in a face to face interview.

You must be on your p's and q's as soon as you walk in the building! Justin(blonde hair, crystal clear eyes) will greet you as you walk in. He may or may not smile, his demeanor comes off unfriendly but once he starts talking about the company that changes. You'll check in, grab paperwork and they'll walk you into the auditorium when 50+ plus hopeful interviewees are waiting with their smiles and bubbly personalities. Start interacting with whoever you're sitting with until they start the whole "why I work for and love jetblue" speal. Pay attention and ask questions when it's time even if its just one. They are literally making everything you do down. Every flight attendant there is on a special assignment and that is basically them marking down if you smile, if they like your appearance, if they like your smile, personality, good questions, bubbly. Basically if they deem you worthy of being their coworker. After the run down of the company you'll get a break(pack food, the process is long af) then it's time for the PA test where you'll read a couple of paragraphs, a reach test where you reach above a paper to test your height(pretty much if your 5' or taller, you're fine) andfingerprinting. Please please, whatever you do SMILE AND INTERACT with everyone. Don't overdo it. If you are a silly person but not always bubbly, fake it til you make it. The group interview will be the most annoying because everyone will be shouting trying to impress the flight attendants at theit table, but my best advice is be a leader, because they will be marking down how well you take initiative, directions and interact with your "coworkers". Next up.. debrief. Which is nothing but your first one on one interview with a HR person. They'll ask four question about why you want to work for JetBlue, what made you stay in the process, what are some problems you think you'll face, etc. Basic questions you can answer and find answers to on the internet somewhere. The final step is the interview where a flight attendant or another HR person will ask you 3 situational questions("name a time when", things like that) that you must answer using the STAR method. By this time I was starving and hand the absolute worst headache, and I'm pretty it's where I messed up terribly with the person who interviewed me. She was stoic and it was extremely hard to read her especially while my head was pounding. It was hard to think. I wasn't offered the job. No biggie! It wasn't that difficult. Just stay on point. Bring tylenol. Wear comfy heels, if you can find a cute shoe with a round toe and short heel go for it! (ladies) That is a day you cannot have one down moment whatsoever. Stay off of your phone, laugh at every joke, mingle with whomever is next to you. I'm usually funny and silly with a bright personality, but for some reason they didn't see that which means we weren't meant for each other lol. Hopefully you have a great interview. Goodluck!❤
