Entretien
Second interview with two people (separately). Both were great. They were able to answer every question I asked in detail. They are very straight forward about what they are looking for and how they plan to run the company. They don't ask a bunch of "name a time when" questions. They realize that having a conversation with someone should be enough to determine whether or not they can do the job well. I haven't heard back yet to let me know if I got the job but up to this point the interview process has been amazing!

It was really welcoming and friendly. Went in for an interview and then it took about 3 weeks or so to find out if i got the job, and to complete the background check and get offer the job.

I applied in late March, and received an invite to complete an application shortly thereafter. After that, I was then contacted for an Interview. After the interview, I was contacted about an open position within a week or two.

applied through indeed.com and had a phone interview then an in person interview and it took a month for my background check to get approved but then got hired! It was great.
