The interview was a one day activity and included Technical & HR round clubbed together. The panel consisted of 2 captains and one psychologist. Since the interview was for a flight crew base position there were no nasty surprises in the Technical and the HR round. They are basically looking for a mediocre candidate who is willing to learn.
