The process consisted of two tasks, and three interviews. I had a VERY positive experience, but withdrew my application due to receiving another offer. As someone who gets nervous during interviews, the recruiter was extremely nice and easy to talk to, and provided a lot of clear communication. For any questions she didn't immediately know the answer to, she was quick to find and relay answers after the interview. The later interviews were also significantly more comfortable than most job interviews , and the interviewers were always understanding and accommodating. Be prepared to get slightly more in-depth than usual in the final interview - Jerry seems to heavily value having a deep understanding of potential new employees. The interviewers communicated internally very well, and all of them entered the interview already understanding a fair bit about me - there was not a single redundant question between interviews. Jerry also seems to have a nice system of having optional check-ins with the HR person after tasks/other meetings, so the process felt very smooth and guided. After applying online, the overall flow of the process was: 1. IQ/Personality tests (<20 min) 2. Brief informative interview (<30 min) 3. Attention to detail exercise (<45 min) 4. HR interview (<30 min) 5. Interview with cofounder (<90 min) 6. Salary discussions, etc
