The interview process was straight forward and to the point. The focus was on relevant experience and how I would bring value to the team and company. There was a take home assignment, which was pretty simple, but allowed me to show that I had some hard skills required for success in the role. I was able to ask questions and get an understanding of what the company was like and how my future manager manages.
