I applied online and then had a superday. Three interviews with three different groups. simple interview but one odd question. asked me what my least favorite part of research is. Definitely caught me off guard but u always gotta turn it into something good

The interview was one-on-one and around 30 minutes. The overall experience is good but the interviewer pushed to details about one of my research program. Tell me about yourself, Why Jefferies.

A lengthy and involved process which evaluated many aspects of aptitude. All interviews were online and the final assessment centre was comprised of 3 back to back interviews. After that there was a final interview with the head of ER, which was more of a culture check.
