Was interviewed by an analyst and an associate. They were pretty nice, but was unable to connect well enough for a next round interview. Both people went to my undergraduate institution, so we spoke about that for a little bit as well.

I found the timeline unnecessarily long compared to other firms, which impacted my overall candidate experience.

Interviewed with SVP, 2 VPs, Associate, and analyst over 1 week and received offer within 3 weeks. Technical questions were industry specific and behavioral ones focused on capacity to work long hours and desire to work at Jefferies in the specific group.
