Slow process, they took two weeks to come back to me after a phone interview. But the interviewer was very kind and friendly. the exchange was quick 30mn which had behavioural and technical questions. the interviewer was discovering the CV.
I didn't get the interview however the questions were really basic and predictable.

Process was organized. The conversation was fast-paced but conversational, reflecting the culture of Sales & Trading.
Interviewer focused on market knowledge, behavioral questions, and a little technical understanding of equities and macro trends. They were clearly assessing both technical competence and personality fit, especially comfort with high-pressure environments and strong communication skills.
Overall, the experience felt competitive but fair

On campus with an analyst, limited behavioral and very oil & gas technical heavy. Rank verticals by beta, what basin would you invest in, name companies in each vertical, name 5 basins in US.
