Cognitive test (Website), Behavioural Interview(Zoom, with HR), Technical Interview(Brainteasers and Technical questions with VP), Interim Interview(Technical with several MDs, one Market Risk, One Credit Risk), Final Interview(Soft skills and motivation, with CRO).
OA, first round, then spd.
There are 3 x 30mins interview rounds, one for tech, one for general questions, and the last one is more about behavioral questions. The process went faster than expected.
