Long and hard, made me drive up for 2 hours and ghosted me afterwards for 2 weeks, didn’t give any interest or feedback, similar experience to my peers. Some of my peers who were on the same level of interview didn’t have to travel onsite however
HR phone screening going over behavioral questions and then a 30 minute technical interview with a member of HR and a current Project Engineer the next week. Interview was very conversational, highlighting engineering experiences on the resume.
