Wanted a lot of experience within an industry for an entry/ beginning position. Having enough experience to be considered is hard to obtain when you have barely graduated. I really wish there wasn't the 1 year minimum industry experience limit.
HR phone screening going over behavioral questions and then a 30 minute technical interview with a member of HR and a current Project Engineer the next week. Interview was very conversational, highlighting engineering experiences on the resume.
