During this call, I was asked a mix of programming and algorithm questions, along with several math and probability problems designed to assess my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Had to do an initial excel text after CV screening, then invited to first interview with trader. Very flexible with the timeline. Questions highly math and probability, where they ask a lot about your thinking, but where really nice giving guidance when needed.
