Offered a screening interview about a week after applying. Only got to a phone screen. Clearly very competitive and not sure how I could have improved my responses. Even if your skills match the job description, you probably won't land a second interview. I could tell early on that the recruiter was not interested.

It was a straight forward process. I was scheduled for a video call first then scheduled for a 1.5 hour interview with the team. I met with four people in total and the questions were mostly behavioral questions.
