After applying the first round was taking an online exam it took around 1 hour and it was all multiple questions. Concise study material about order book was given beforehand. Next round was online interview. It was something that I didn't expect. I was given one question and the interviewer let me brainstorm and think through a problem with time. The online interview session was on zoom around 45 mins in total including self introduction and questions answered by the interviewer. The interviewer was generous in time, listening carefully to me, and supportive, even though I was sometimes lost thinking out loud. Overall it was very enjoyable and I had much fun talking about a random topic and brainstorming with the interviewer. Haven't heard back from them after the interview yet.
