There are 3 phone interviews, after which you have to send a code sample and finally you have an onsite interview.
People on the phone were nice. They first asked me about my CV and then some brain teasers involving probability. It was not too difficult... I should have definitely done better.

Question 1
You have 100 marbles, 50 are blue, 50 are red. You want to distribute them between two drawers, in such a way that none is left outside and no drawer is left empty.
After distributing them you are gonna select a drawer randomly and from that drawer you are gonna remove one marble randomly.
How do you distribute the marbles in such a way that the probability of getting a red marble is maximized?
online assessment and video call interview, asking probability and expected value type questions. pretty straightforward. The questions are quite difficult but interviewer is very kind and happy to work through questions with you

I did an interview in January. The interviewer was very nice and asked some probability questions. I answered the questions correctly but stumbled a bit. I didn't get a follow up interview.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The interview question was a probability problem, asking if 100 people are in the line and another line opens up, what should be my strategy. The follow up question was whether the answer was realistic and what would differ in the real world (and not assuing everyone makes decisions based on probability).
