Multiple rounds of telephone interviews followed by an on-site day. I only managed to get through to the second round of the telephone interview. First round was tame, the questions are all very similar to the ones you can see on the website. Similarly for the second round, but they do ask you more difficult questions. My interviewer for second round kept pushing me to optimise my solution, without giving any hint, which made me very very stressful so did not perform well.
