Applied online and got accepted for a first round phone interview. It was my first interview for any sort of financial firm and I had only prepared for general questions about my interest/the job. The entire interview consisted of two mathematical problems. It was a conversational process of problem solving. The first question (as I am told) is almost always a more calculational probability problem, and the second focuses more on game theory. There may be no best answer - think heuristically to respond with at least something sensible.

Hard they really drilled you to see if you’re worth the money they will be paying you. Very hard case study (like kinda) and then cv and questions. They definitely like feeder schools and that will play a big part in you getting at least round 1.
