It was easy to send in an application as I had done so online. The interview was done over the phone instead of an in-person meeting. Neither of us made it clear as to how the phone call would go about and I had assumed that she (my interviewer) would call me at the specified time. She did not call and we cleared things up over text and began our interview a little off schedule. It was fairly short, but she kept it professional instead of conversational. She also explained how they deal with people with fruit allergies. Had it not been my first interview, I might have been less nervous. I made the mistake of not asking a question at the end and giving short answers which is probably what cost me the job.
