You are initially hired on as a team member and have to work your way up to become a team lead. Interview questions were easy to answer (only about 5 total). After showing competence as a team member then you can receive the promotion (assuming you're over 18).

it was a long process and wasn't the best. I wish it wasn't so unprofessional and the staff was a bit nicer. I also don't like how she wanted to tell me I have to get minimum wage. I told her that is not a deal I can make.

Very simple and quick. Didn't take long at all and questions were similar to any other interview. Conducted with the store manager and walked me through the position applied for.
