Applied online and got an email for initial 30' phone screen. The person I talked to was pretty rude and unprofessional. He did not provide much useful information about the company and position. He started asking me some statistics questions on the spot without giving me any second to process or prepare. The questions he asked are all basic statistics and pretty easy but I did not expect to be asked those questions at my level and my qualification. I totally lost my interest after talking to this person. Seems like this job only requires some basic understanding of statistics without much programming or coding skills. They mostly use research tools like R, STATA and SPSS. I don't think this is a good match but the person interviewed me was a big red flag and I would not consider this company in the future.
