Applied online and got a phone screen through a contact that I had at JNL. Phone screen went well - then you are asked to take a Wonderlic test online (took about 10 minutes). Passed that, then was asked to take 2 more online tests - one on critical thinking took 45 minutes, another was a mixed test on scenario based testing, personality testing, etc. that took 90 minutes. Passed those - was brought in for a 1-hour interview with 2 BPO's or BP Managers - VERY structured interview. Several sheets of questions - did not vary off of the sheets of questions. Made it through that - brought in to meet with 3 team leaders - was given an assignment to prepare and present a project that I had worked on in the past. After presentation and questions, again, had several sheets of structured questions that were asked. Again, not much variation off of the prepared questions. After all that, I did not get an offer.
