Interview screen: Asked various questions though a few were irrelevant. Overall, very old school. They don’t have a system to streamline their interview scheduling. During the call, they go down a list of questions and that’s it. I had a different company do that recently and that company is a century old. This company is 20 years old. They asked me 10 questions and then they were done. Anyway, I got a rejection. It appears I was a diversity interview. They got that completed for the month. After reading their GD reviews I realized they aren’t looking to diversify their workforce even when they had the opportunity. Sad, but true.
