After the initial screening email, I got invited to a first round interview, after this, I got invited to a second round interview on site. I was told I’ll hear back about the outcome regardless of however it goes a week or so after. 3 weeks go by and no update, I reach out to the recruiter politely for an update and was flat out ignored. After having to drive 5 hours in total to and fro for this interview and not even the decency to even say no or send a rejection email? I definitely know I’ll never be applying to this company again and glad I wouldn’t be working for them. Just shows how much they don’t value people’s time and effort.
