The interview was straight to the point: understanding your background, your experiences, and technical interview. It was very strange for a hiring manager to question my title from my previous company and I find it very unpleasant from his approach. The interview was too serious and lack of positive communication.

Shifts in Florence is 6-6, sounds like they have problem with turnover.

Did a phone screening with a recruiter followed by another phone interview with a manager. Lastly completed an onsite interview with another manager and other engineers I would be working with.

I came into the interview nervous but left feeling extremely happy. The manager was wonderful, we had a nice chat and got along. Really nice and bubbly personality. I would recommend working for this company.
