Intense. Many role-playing questions facilitated discussion around engagement and managerial style. I feel like they knew my experience and qualifications but needed to make sure the values and ethics fit the company vision and mission. I think they are a great company, asked intelligent questions and are always looking out fir the best interest of staff and company.

Round 1 was aptitude based. The pattern was similar to what is generally asked in various competitive examinations. Round 2 was group discussion. The final round was interview, both technical as well as HR. A range of questions were asked to judge the technical as well as managerial acumen. Various situations were posed and appropriate decisions to be taken were asked.
