Applied online and had to complete a skills assessment. A few days later I received a phone call for aface to face interview, Had a panel interview with different managers. I was offered the job the week after via phone call.

Phone interview, next in person interview. There is a panel of people that interview. Bring resumes and come prepared! Each person on the panel will ask different questions. They also will expect you to ask some questions as well.

You're in a room with three nurses and they ask you about yourself. They ask about your past work history and why you want to work with this company. They may ask you questions to see if you are truthful in your resume for example they were asking me dates of my employment and the names of my past mangers and how the transition in this field came into my mind.
