After a quick first round interview I came back to their Chicago office to meet with a two senior level executives. After waiting four weeks with no response, I received an invitation to fly out to New York to interview with more senior management. After two interviews in NY (no technical questions, all behavioral about interest in the company, being a team player etc) I never heard back from them again
