I was asked to draw a workflow chart of a peanut butter sandwich on the white board. Of which, I was unable to read my writing since I was so nervous. I initially interviewed with the HR manager who asked for my salary requirements and she assured me that they were willing to pay top dollar for talent. I do not think I was a good fit for the role.

The interview process is very fast forward. Two phone interviews. Have been sent a offer then pass background check and later offer gets rescinded without explanation, due to a “adverse security scan” even though I have nothing adverse with the bank. What a joke.

Tough interview and selection process was conducted in the interview and lot of questions were asked by 3 different panels for 2 hours. The interview went smooth and it was nice to work in Chicago Jpmc
