I was contacted by phone shortly after submitting my application. I met at the store for a first interview where I was asked to fill out an application and submit to background check. Not many questions asked at first interview, I was mostly explained to how things work there. I was told it would take about a weeks for the background check to go through. I was called three days later to set up a second interview which I attended the following day. I was asked the usual questions and told I would be contacted by the DM for a third interview. I was not contacted again and when I followed up I was told that position was filled.

Numerous back and forth emails to HR. Depended on the "phase of the moon" on if they would reply to basic status questions. (The person I corresponded with in HR didn't know how to answer a phone either.) Actually spoke to two hiring managers for the same position but apparently they didn't need any competition at their point in their career.
