Attended the job fair on Wednesday. I had my resume in hand and they were very impressed to see that I was prepared and wearing a suit. It looks like appearance is very important. DO NOT go in wearing jeans and a polo expecting to get a second interview unless you plan on working in the body shop or changing oil.
