A lot of questions during the initial application. The aptitude test was not difficult so I couldn't understand why I was not selected. I suggest they give detail feedback on their rejection basis. Regardless, the employees are very responsive and cool.

Entretien
The interview process was enjoyable. JLS has very high regard for their company being "one of the best companies to work on the planet" and I couldn't agree more. The application process taught me a lot about how they work and how they treat their employees and it was a breath of fresh air to know that a company cares so much about their employees welfare.
