At a Holiday Inn, very relaxed atmosphere from the start. Starts with a standard introduction and meeting the other applicants. I had a Technical Presentation, 1on1, followed by questions. Then a full on 40 minute interview seeing if i aligned with their high performance framework, this was really relaxed and the interviewer was great. Finally there's a group task followed by lunch and a chance to meet current graduates.
