Assessment center followed by a one-to-one interview. Assessment center consists of 2 stages: the first one is the group exercise and then there's an individual test. During the interview you'll be asked why you chose JLR, what are the company's strengths and about general automation industry trends.

It was a fairly standard online process, followed by an assessment centre which had a number of different tasks done in groups, as well as an exam that tested numeracy and literacy. Lastly, there was a one on one interview to go through CV and motives behind the application.
