I applied online, was first seemingly eliminated, then received a questionnaire, which I easily completed, then 2 zoom interviews, followed by absurd, ever increasing requests for more and more references. For a "contractor" (quotes because he still wants you full time and exclusively, just doesn't want to pay any sort of benefits) position that pays well below expectations. Endless pressing for "KPIs", then wanted to meet the next day to further discuss the exact same things, while ignoring the suggestions made to move the company forward. Weird obsession with everybody scamming him, while being fairly opaque, himself.
