I answered the ad and then Sarah the receptionist called me to schedule an interview, she was very polite and then I met with Jennifer at the office. 2 or 3 days later Sarah called me and ask me to complete a background check. I started the following Monday.

About my previous jobs experience, the reason I was not working there, the interview was mostly about Jennifer telling me about the company and what the company did. The interview was very pleasant.
