Applied online, about a month later I got a phone call. It was a group interview, very casual, they just want to see that you are confident and good with people.You have to sell a product/idea to JcPenny that would increase sells, such as a bar, fashion show etc. Right away after that they tell you weather they got the job or not, in another room.
It was fairly straightforward and easy. The woman I interviewed with was nice and not very intimidating. They took about a week to get back with me about an interview after I applied for the position.

I was contacted by email about my application. Contacted HR Supervisor and scheduled an interview date and time. Met with HR the next day for an in person interview. Very informative conversation with HR Supervisor.

Very efficient and the interviewer was very nice and gave me a lot of time to answer questions. The questions were not hard and they were very manageable. It was more so a discussion rather than an interview.
