It was a group interview where they made you do little projects with other people. It wasn't boring at all. They provided the room with snacks and something to drink.

They asked you to tell them a little bit about yourself.
I initially applied for visual merchandising position but was told during the interview was actually for a sales associate position. One of the managers told me that they used different headings on the online helped wanted ads but interviewed everyone for the same position ( cashier).

he questions were your standard "why do you want to work here" and "how do you handle a rude customer".

One phone interview and one skype interview. They were very quick and made sure to not waste your time and their HR team was very efficient and helpful, which made the process easier.

the interview was a group interview. Most of the candidates did not dress professional, I did. Very easy interview. we just did group activities then they decided who they wanted and had a brief one on one interview.
