The interview process was well organized, and the people who needed to be there were there. Since this position was in Loss Prevention, the LPM and the Store Manager both interviewed me. The overall interview process was not too long, maybe 1 and a half hours. All of their questions were run of the mill, nothing really caught me off guard. Professional attire recommended not required (for LPO).

Set up and interview with the loss prevention manager, he seemed very interested in me but told me he still had other people to interview. Told me he would give me a call before the month was over and all his interviews were finished. Said he would call even if I didn't get the job so that I wouldn't be waiting for it. Never called. It's been almost 2 months later so I'm just assuming I didn't get the job. Ha ha.
They mostly asked situational questions such as: "What would you do if this happened," or "Tell me about a time when this happened and how did you handle it?" Other than that the interview was fairly easy. I think just about anyone can pass it.

Received a call a few weeks after putting in the application. Interviewed the next day, received an email a week later asking to come back for a second interview with the Store Manager. The interview was a week later, the Manager was very nice and seemed happy to be there. He told me to expect a call in a week. Got an email 3 weeks later saying I did not get the job.
