There were five of us and we all sat down around a circular table. At first we introduced ourselves, then we did two activities--one in which we had to work together to build blocks, and another one in which we were assigned different departments in the store and we had to choose from four different ideas to pitch and explain why our idea was the best one for the store. After that, we had to agree on one idea. The interviewer then pulled three of us aside and dismissed two. He then spoke to us one on one and that was when I was told I was hired.

It was in a very professional and comfortable setting in the store. And it was conducted with the store and salon manager at that location. Both of the managers were kind and professional.
It was a group interview which led to an individual interview with a supervisor. If you pass the first round you have a higher chance of getting hired on for a position

Interview process went smoothly. Asked behavioral questions and situational questions that catered to how you deal with a variety of customer personalities. Also asked about previous employment roles. Offered a job on the first interview.
