Generic interview questions. They will ask you about your confidence in selling credit cards. Two people interviewed me at the same time. They’ll ask why you’d like to work at JCP specifically and other basic questions like “do you want to grow with this company?” Other than that, show up with a positive and upbeat attitude and you'll be fine.

Are you confident in your ability to interest customers in a JCPenney credit card?
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Entretien
Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
