Got call to come in for interview. Pretty basic behavioral questions. Starting salary was 8.75. Was given a tour of the store, and all the departments. Overall was a good experience and not too difficult

He came in, told the supervisor that he trusted her judgment and hired me on the spot. Questions were not hard, the usual "tell me about a time when..." (problem solving and teamwork evaluation)

Question 1
"Tell me about a time when you had to break the rules to get a job done". This question literally makes no sense whatsoever mainly because if you openly admit that you had to break a rule to complete a task, you're putting yourself in a bad situation.

I applied for the back room, but instead they offered me a different job on the sales floor. I walked in and sat down for at least 5 minutes before being told I got the job.
Put in an application in 2012 and was called about 5 days letter for an interview. Met with one of the HR reps and he was cool, he liked me and we scheduled a second interview with the store manager and it went well. Ended up getting the job in a week, but the background check
