I had interviewed the year before with the manager. But I accepted a job with Macys. It was seasonal work. I interviewed with Penny ' s in June with the manager of training. Then with the manager. I had a resume and management experience. I used my ability to know size. The first manager had me role play a sales scenario. It was easy.
