The process consisted of 3 rounds of interview. The first 2 were phone interviews then you were invited to an in person interview at the home office. For this interview, you were asked to do a SWOT Analysis prior and present it to the interviewers. Everyone was super professional and made you feel right at home. The entire process was super smooth and I head back quickly after each interview for next steps.
