Meet with Department Manager and General Manager, though scheduling can be tricky, due to communication issues. There aren't any steady time slots, always need at least one late night and naturally weekends and holidays. There goes your life balance, out the window. Also, it was only part-time, temporary-Seasonal position. Also, they stated that if they liked the person, there would be a good chance of hiring regular, full-time. They were very generous with time needed, to consider the position, so though it was frustrating to get the interview scheduled, it was a pleasant experience, in the end. They're nice people, over all, but I felt it was a lot to scarifice for a temp position, so I declined.
