I received a call from the JC Penney recruiter. A phone interview was arranged. I then was set up to meet the Store Manager for an in-person interview. The last step was a conversation by phone with the District Manager. The process moved fairly quick. A background check us required for employment.

THere was about 3 interviews. One with recruiter, next with the store manager, and the last with the district manager. The district interview was the easiest, because the DM was very laid back and practical. The store manager was very formal and by the book.
