The interview process was robust, with a mix of virtual and face-to-face conversations with key people in the organization. The differential in this process was the application of a new tool for me, of validation of competences and management skill that I believe has been key to the final validation. At the end I was very satisfied with the transparency of the process, and I believe it was mutual.
