As someone deeply invested in finding the right fit for my career in the construction industry, I was thoroughly disappointed by my experience with Vaughn and their interview process. It was very calm. The interviewer and I just sat across from each other and talked about some of our experiences in the industry. They were very hospitable and gave me a response very quickly (this is something you don't see in the industry too much anymore). Overall, no complaints whatsoever.
