In person interview with store director. It was a new store opening, so interview was conducted off site. Only one interview was required for the position I was interviewing for. All questions were answered, and response and follow through were fair and timely.
Applied online, received a call, had an interview at Starbucks. Was super easy and just asked simple questions about my experience and did some role playing! Got a call a few days later offering me the position

I received a phone call from the DM and had a conversation with him. Asked about previous experience, why I would be fit for the job, what kind of responsibilities I’ve had, etc
