I posted my application in response to an advertisement on their public website. Received a phone call from the hiring manager; and we spoke about my goals and experience. After the initial interview I received a follow up call several days later asking for an in person interview. This was a one on one interview and then a group interview. Everyone on the team had their input and I was offered the position the next day.
